Descriptions of the [Confirm Message Registration (Change Recipients)] Window

[Confirm Message Registration (Change Recipients)] window allows you to make mail notification settings as to the selection of users and the format of mail notification.

The following items appear in the [Confirm Message Registration (Change Recipients)] window. Each item is detailed below.

Item Description
[Change] button Clicking the button registers the settings of mail notification details and displays the [Confirm Message Registration] window.
[Reset] button Clicking the button resets the entries made in the [Confirm Message Registration (Change Recipients)] window.
[Cancel] button Clicking this button discards the input and takes you back to the [Confirm Message Registration] window.
[Send this message with attachment file(s) to the non-intranet participants and forwarding addresses]
Checkbox
Mark the checkbox when attaching files to immediate mail to addresses entered as [Mail Forward] addresses and those of participants outside the intranet. Displayed only when files are attached to the message.
[Forward To] Specify mail addresses when forwarding mails to users that are not specified as recipient.
[Address Book] button Clicking the button displays the [Address Book] window. You can use the Address Book to find a user, and add the user's e-mail address to the [Mail Forward] list.

Users who are restricted from using Address Book by Resource Management Application cannot use Address Book.

Mail Notification format Define your mail notification format as to [Reply from], [You], [Member], [Leader], [Observer], and [Task Administrator] respectively. If the message is registered as a ToDo, the [Assignees] field is additionally displayed.
  • [Immediate Mail] checkbox
    Mark the checkboxes of immediate mail recipients. It is not shown when the recipient is set to receive no immediate mail.
    • [ON] button of [Immediate Mail]
      Clicking the button marks the [Immediate Mail] checkboxes of all the corresponding recipients.
    • [OFF] button of [Immediate Mail]
      Clicking the button clears the [Immediate Mail] checkboxes of all the corresponding recipients.
  • [Digest Mail] checkbox
    Mark the checkboxes of the digest mail recipients. It is not shown when the recipient is set to receive no digest mail.
    • [ON] button of [Digest Mail]
      Clicking the button marks the Digest Mail checkboxes of all the corresponding recipients.
    • [OFF] button of [Digest Mail]
      Clicking the button clears the Digest Mail checkboxes of all the corresponding recipients.
