Setting Basic Conditions

The basic conditions of the classification view can be set in the [Basic Settings] page.

Operation
  1. Enter the classification view name in the [Classification View Name (required)].
  2. Select the object of the classification by the [Classification Objects (required)] checkbox. Check the checkbox for the object of the classification.
  3. Click the [Browse] button of [Classification Range (required)].
    The [Specify Classification Range] window appears.
  4. Select the classification range. Click the [Select] button after selecting the classification range.
    The classification range is determined, and [Basic Settings] page appears.
    When the classification range is determined in [Classification Range (required)], [Registration to Classification View (required)] is displayed.

    Any cabinet lacking the attribute set for the conditions cannot be included in the classification range.

    The classification range can be changed in the window displayed by clicking the [Browse] button.

  5. Select the [Register] radio button of [Registration to Classification View (required)] when registering an object with the selected classification range from the classification folder created based on the set conditions.
    [Destination (required)] is displayed by selecting the [Register] radio button.
    If the classification range is the registerable object (drawer, folder), the same object as the classification range is selected in [Destination (required)] when specifying the classification range.
    If the classification range is not the registerable object (such as cabinet), select the destination on the [Specify Destination] window displayed by clicking the [Browse] button.
  6. Select the [Show] radio button of [Number of Classified Objects (required)] when displaying the number of objects which has been classified in the classification view.
    To hide the number of classified objects, select the [Hide] radio button and go to Step 8.
  7. Select the [Hide] radio button for [No Results Folder] to hide any classification folder that has no objects falling under the folder or the classification view.
  8. Set the start date and the month of the year. Click the [Open Calendar] button of [Reference Date - Classification by Period  (required)].
    The [Enter Period] window appears.

  9. Select the start date of the year on [Enter Period] window.

    29th or later cannot be selected as the start date of the year.

  10. Select the start month. The start month can be selected from the month with the same value as the selected month or the month with the same value as the next month.
    In the case of setting the start date to October 1st, the start months which can be selected are October and November.
  11. The setting information can be obtained from the existed classification view, and overwrite the settings of the classification view in editing. If the setting does not need to be overwritten, skip to step 11.
    1. Click the [Copy Existing Settings] button.
      The [Copy Classification Settings] page appears.

      The setting information of the classification view is displayed by clicking the source name link.

    2. Select the radio button displayed on the left side of the source classification view.
    3. Select the settings to be copied. Check the checkbox for the settings to be copied.
    4. Click the [Copy] button.
      The settings of the selected classification view is copied, and the [Basic Settings] page appears.
  12. Click the [Apply] button.
    The settings you have made in the [Basic Settings] page takes effect.
    The basic settings which have been applied once, can be changed by clicking the [Modify] button.
