Setting Classification Conditions: For Boolean Type Classification by Exact Value
Described below is how to set Boolean type classification by exact value.
Operation
- Display the page for setting the classification conditions.
When adding new classification conditions
- Select the Boolean type of attributes from the [Attributes] drop-down list in the page displayed by clicking the [Add] button of the [Classification Conditions] page.
The [Classification Conditions Boolean Type Classification by Exact Value] page appears.
When changing the classification conditions of Boolean Type Classification by Exact Value
- Click the [Edit Conditions] button for the classification conditions of Boolean Type Classification by Exact Value in the page displayed by clicking the [Add] button of the [Classification Conditions] page.
The [Classification Conditions Boolean Type Classification by Exact Value] page appears.
- When selecting the Boolean type of attribute, "Classification by Exact Value" is selected as the classification type automatically, and all the values which have been set can be the classification values of the classification folder.
At this time, the classification folder can be deleted but no classification folder can be added. This attribute has only three type of values; true, false, and no value.
- Therefore, "Other" folder cannot be created.
- [No.] indicates the order of the classification conditions value. When changing the order, check the checkbox on the left side of the condition value to be changed, and change the order by using [Up] button and the [Down] button.
- When changing the classification view which has been created, the name of the classification folder to be created can be changed. Enter the classification folder name in the [Folder Name] of the list.
- When classifying the objects without condition values, select the [Create] radio button of [No Value Folder (required)].
- Click the [Apply] button.
The settings are saved, and the [Classification Conditions] page appears.
