Setting Classification Conditions: For Date Type Classification by Range
Described below is how to set Date type classification by range.
Operation
Display the page for setting the classification conditions.
Select the Date type of attributes from the [Attributes] drop-down list in the page displayed by clicking the [Add] button of the [Classification Conditions] page.
Select classification by range from the [Classification Type] drop-down list.
The [Classification Conditions Date Type Classification by Range] page appears.
Specify the range of classification by date. Specify the start date and close date in [Range].
Specify the interval of classification by date. Specify the interval of classification by date in [Interval].
If "Interval" is not specified or "Interval" is set to 0, the classification is performed in all range.
Specify the naming rule for the classification folder name to be created. Enter the common word used among the classification folders in the [Naming Rules for Classification Folder].
Select the word to identify the classification folder from [Naming Rules for Classification Folder] drop-down list. Select from, [Minimum Value of Range], [Maximum Value of Range], and [Sequence Number].
When selecting [Minimum Value of Range] or [Maximum Value of Range], the minimum value or maximum value is applied as the classification folder name in the range.
When selecting [Minimum Value of Range] or [Maximum Value of Range], in the naming rules for Date Type classification by range, the number and unit specified as interval is used as the unfold folder name.
Here are the examples.
[Range]:
Jan. 1st, 2021 0:0:0 - March 31st, 2021 23:59:59
[Interval]:
1 month
[Naming Rules for Classification Folder]:
Folder for activity
[Naming Rules for Classification Folder] drop-down list:
Minimum Value of Range
Name of the folder to be created:
Folder for activity Jan. 2021, Folder for activity Feb. 2021, Folder for activity March 2021
In this case, the day, and time are omitted.
Specify the order of the classification folders in ascending or descending using [Folder sequence when expanded].
Click the [Expand] button.
The condition values to be created are listed based on the conditions which have been set.
[No.] indicates the order of the classification conditions value. When changing the order, check the checkbox on the left side of the condition value to be changed, and change the order by using [Up] button and the [Down] button.
Check the checkbox on the left side of the classification conditions value, and click the [Delete] button.
The selected condition values are deleted.
Click the [Select All] button to select all the condition values.
Click the [Clear Selections] button to select all the condition values.
The name of the classification folder to be created can be changed as needed. Enter the classification folder name in the [Folder Name] of the list.
When classifying the objects with the condition values which may not be classified to any classification folders, select the [Create] radio button of [Other Folder (required)].
When classifying the objects with the value which is not set to the specified attribute, select the [Create] radio button of [No Value Folder (required)].
Click the [Apply] button.
The settings are saved, and the [Classification Conditions] page appears.
