Setting Classification Conditions: For String Type (Candidates) Classification by Enumeration

Described below is how to set String type (Candidates) classification by enumeration. The String Type (Candidates) is the exact value of the String type attribute value with a string (txt, pdf, etc.) which can be a candidate for an application.

Operation
  1. Display the page for setting the classification conditions.
    When adding new classification conditions
    1. Select the String Type (Candidates) of attributes from the [Attributes] drop-down list in the page displayed by clicking the [Add] button of the [Classification Conditions] page, and select the Classification by Enumeration from the [Classification Type] drop-down list.
      The [Classification Conditions String Type (Candidates) Classification by Enumeration] page appears.
    When changing the classification conditions of String Type (Candidates) Classification by Enumeration
    1. Click the [Edit Conditions] button for the classification conditions of String Type Classification by Enumeration in the page displayed by clicking the [Add] button of the [Classification Conditions] page.
      The [Classification Conditions String Type (Candidates) Classification by Enumeration] page appears.
  2. Click the [Add] button.
    The field for Classification by Enumeration conditions are added to the list.
  3. Click the [Candidates] button.
    The [Select Candidate Value] window appears.
  4. Click the [Select] button after selecting the elements to add.
    The [Classification Conditions String Type Classification by Enumeration] page appears, and the selected elements are added to the field for the Classification by Enumeration conditions.
  5. Repeat step 3 and 4 to add the condition values to the Classification by Enumeration conditions as needed.
  6. If other Classification by Enumeration conditions are required, repeat step 2 to 5.
  7. [No.] indicates the order of the classification conditions value. When changing the order, check the checkbox on the left side of the condition value to be changed, and change the order by using [Up] button and the [Down] button.
  8. To delete the Classification by Enumeration condition, check the checkbox on the left side of the desired condition, and click the [Delete] button.
    The selected condition values are deleted.

  9. When changing the classification view which has been created, the name of the classification folder to be created can be changed. Enter the classification folder name in the [Folder Name] of the list.
  10. When classifying the objects with the condition values which may not be classified to any classification folders, select the [Create] radio button of [Other Folder (required)].
  11. When classifying the objects with the value which is not set to the specified attribute, select the [Create] radio button of [No Value Folder (required)].
  12. Click the [Apply] button.
    The settings are saved, and the [Classification Conditions] page appears.
