Registering Folders or Documents via Classification View or Classification Folders
If the destination object is specified when creating the classification view, folders or documents can be registered from the created classification view or classification folders.
The attributes can be added to the folders or documents to be registered by setting the default attributes when creating the classification view.
The procedure to register folders or documents from a classification view or a classification folder is the same as registering folders or documents to a drawer or a folder.
- After registration, there may be a case in which the registered object does not exist in the specified classification folder. This happens depending on the classification folder settings.
- The attribute values to be added to the objects when registering can be set regardless of the classification conditions.
- If the registration attribute value set to the classification folder does not match the classification conditions set to the classification folder, the registered objects are not included in the classification folder.
- Only documents and folders can be registered with the classification view or the classification folders. References cannot be registered.
- If you register objects to a classification view or a classification folder that has any sub-folder, the registration window lists registration attribute value candidates collected from every sub-folder.
- If attribute value candidates are defined in the [Attribute Template Settings] window of the target Attribute Template, registering a file in a classification folder with its attribute specified will display the default value set as the domain value, instead of the attribute value set for the classification folder.
