The [Field List] tab page displays in a matrix format the attributes used in the form for each activity.
The columns represent the activity name and the rows represent the attribute name. Shown at the intersections are the permissions of the attribute for the corresponding activity.
The following explains each item of the [Field List] tab page.

| [Browse] button | Clicking this button sets the permission of the target attribute to "R (Read-only)". |
| [Edit] button | Clicking this button sets the permission of the target attribute to "W (Writable)". |
| [Mandatory] button | Clicking this button sets the permission of the target attribute to "M (Mandatory)". |
| [Custom] button | Clicking this button sets the permission of the target attribute to "C (Custom)". |
| [No Permission] button | Clicking this button sets the permission of the target attribute to "- (No Permission)". The [Read-only], [Writable], [Mandatory], [Custom], and [No Permission] buttons change the permission to the named one only if the change is permitted. For example, since the "Custom" permission is enabled only for the document type attribute, if you select all attributes and then click the [Custom] button, only the permission for the document type attribute is changed to "C". |
| Checkboxes for activities and attributes | If you want to change permissions of more than one attributes in bulk, mark all checkboxes of the attributes you want to change. The action of the permission change in bulk can be specified with the radio buttons described below. |
| [AND] radio button, [OR] radio button | When the [AND] radio button is selected, the bulk change is performed for the intersections of the rows and columns whose checkboxes are marked. When the [OR] radio button is selected, the bulk change is performed for all the rows and columns whose checkboxes are marked. |
| [Layout Name] drop-down list | Select the layout for the target activity. |
| [Activity Name] | Clicking displays the [User Activity Definition] window. |
| [Attribute Value] | Clicking displays the [Attribute Details] window. |
| [Permission] | Each click changes the permission in the following order: R (Reference) → W (Edit) → M (Mandatory) → (No Permission) → R (Reference) ... C (Custom) can be selected only for the document type attribute. The permission changes in the following order: R (Reference) → W (Edit) → M (Mandatory) → C (Custom) → (No Permission) → R (Reference) ... |
| [Apply] button | Clicking reflects the changes of the permissions of the attributes to the form of each activity. |
