The [Parameters] page (Document stamp Definition) allows you to set the document stamp definition parameters.
For activities placed until just before the document stamp, you must set an assignee.
If multiple or no assignees are set, an abend occurs when Workflow is performed. No error occurs for definition check.
The following explains each item of the [Parameters] page (Document stamp Definition).

| [Document to be stamped (Required)] drop-down list | Select the document to be stamped from the drop-down list. All the document fields that exist in the Workflow Definition are displayed in the menu. This setting item is required. |
| [Stamp status document (Required)] drop-down list | Select the document to store the stamp status from the drop-down list. All the document fields that exist in the Workflow Definition are displayed in the menu. This setting item is required. When the mode in the attributes of document to be stamped is multi-value, specify a document whose mode is multi-value. If you specify a document whose mode is single-value, an error is displayed at the verification of the entered value. |
| [Stamp rules (Required)] drop-down list | Select the stamp rules to be used for stamp from the drop-down list. All the stamp rules that are set to Workflow Cabinet are displayed in the menu. When the mode in the attributes of document to be stamped is multi-value, the same rule is applied to all. |
| [Set] button | Clicking saves the Document stamp Definition. The entered value is verified. |
