Descriptions of the [Activity] Area

The [Activity] area allows you to specify the activities for creating a flow chart.

Drop-down list

Select the icon indicating the category of the activity to be displayed in the [Activity] area.
Listed icons vary depending on the category selected.

The following explains each item of the drop-down list of the [Activity] area.

Item Description
[Basic] The following activity icons are listed.
  • ([Activity] icon)
    Denotes an activity to be used by the user to fill in a form. The assignee needs to be set.
  • ([Collaboration] icon)
    Denotes an activity for using CollaboSpace. This icon is activated only when CollaboSpace is installed.
  • ([Block] icon)
    Denotes multiple activities integrated in one.
  • ([End] icon)
    Denotes an activity for ending the flow.
  • ([Routing] icon)
    Denotes an activity for helping draw a routing.
  • ([OR Branch] icon)
    Denotes an activity for selecting the first path that meets the transition conditions.
  • ([OR Combine] icon)
    Denotes an activity for allowing the flow to transit to the next activity when an entry has been made. The OR Combine allows the first transition to reach the next activity but interrupts any subsequent incoming transitions.
  • ([Start] icon)
    Denotes an activity for starting the flow.
[Application]
  • ([Create Task] icon)
    Denotes the activity to create CollaboSpace tasks.
  • ([Notification] icon)
    Denotes an activity for sending a mail.
  • ([Terminate] icon)
    Denotes an activity for ending all the activities in the block.
  • ([Exception] icon)
    Denotes an activity for raising an exception explicitly.
  • ([Attribute Settings] icon)
    Denotes an activity for setting values for Workflow attributes.
  • ([Standby] icon)
    Denotes an activity for setting a length of wait time.
[Document Operation] The following activity icons are listed.
  • ([Check-in] icon)
    Denotes an activity for checking in the document checked out at the start.
  • ([Unlock Document] icon)
    Denotes an activity for unlocking the document locked at the start.
  • ([Document Stamp] icon)
    Denotes an activity for stamping the document in the Workflow Cabinet.
  • ([Uncheck-out Document] icon)
    Denotes an activity for canceling the checkout of the document checked out at the start.
  • ([Get Document Attributes] icon)
    Denotes an activity for getting attributes from the document in the Workflow Cabinet.
  • ([Set Document Attributes] icon)
    Denotes an activity for setting attributes in the document in the Workflow Cabinet.
  • ([Register Document] icon)
    Denotes an activity for registering a document.
[External Command]
  • ([External Command] icon)
    Denotes an activity for performing an external command.
[Clipboard] Displays the icons for the copied activities.
