Descriptions of the [Basic Attributes] Tab Page

The [Basic Attributes] tab page allows you to set the basic attributes of the activity.

The following explains each item of the [Basic Attributes] tab page.

Item Description
[Activity Name] Enter the activity name using 50 characters or less.
  • Line breaks will be ignored.
  • The name cannot be composed of blanks only.
  • The following characters cannot be used:
    : , $ { } [ ] @
[Description] Enter the descriptions of the activity using 500 characters or less.
[Reference] Enter the label name of the reference resource in [Label] using 80 characters or less. Enter the URL of the reference resource in [URL] using 256 characters or less.
Clicking the icon displays in the Web browser the page specified in [URL].
This item can be set for user activities, collaboration activities, block, mail notification, and document registration. [Reference] can be set for user activities, collaboration activities, block activities, document registration, mail notification, setting attributes, external commands, setting document attributes, getting document attributes, check-in, uncheck-out, and unlock.
[Period] Enter in numerical values the period between the start date and the close date of the selected activity.
This item can be set for user activities, collaboration activities, block, mail notification, and document registration. [Period] can be set for user activities, collaboration activities, block activities, document registration, mail notification, setting attributes, external commands, setting document attributes, getting document attributes, check-in, uncheck-out, and unlock.
[Priority] radio buttons Select the priority. This item can be set for user activities or collaboration activities.
[Assignees] Select the users to be specified as the assignees for the activity by any of the following methods. This item can be set for user activities, collaboration activities, block, mail notification, and document registration.
  • Select the users to be the assignees in the [Address Book] window displayed by clicking the [Address Book] button.

  • In the [Participant List] window displayed by clicking the [Participant List] button, mark the checkboxes of the users to be specified as the assignees and click the [Add to Assignees] button.
  • For collaboration activities, the "leader" or "member" of the task place can be specified as the assignees. In the [Select Task] window displayed by clicking the [Select Task] button after clicking the [Leader]/[Member] radio button, select the radio button of the target task place and click the [Add] button. [Assignees] can be set for user activities, collaboration activities, document registration, mail notification, setting attributes, external commands, setting document attributes, and getting document attributes.
[Responsibles] Select the users to be specified as the responsibles for the activity by any of the following methods. This item can be set for user activities, collaboration activities, notification activities, or document registration activities.
  • Select the users to be the responsibles in the [Address Book] window displayed by clicking the [Address Book] button.

  • In the [Participant List] window displayed by clicking the [Participant List] button, mark the checkboxes of the users to be specified as the responsibles and click the [Add to Responsibles] button. [Responsibles] can be set for document registration activity, notification activity, attribute settings activity, external command activity, document attribute settings activity, document attribute acquisition activity, check-in activity, uncheck-out activity, and unlock activity as well as user activity.
[User Confirm] Select whether to require the user authentication at the start of Workflow or completion of the activity. When the [User Confirm] window is set to appear, this item is displayed.
[Apply] button Clicking saves the current settings.
