The following explains each item in the [User-defined Attribute] area.

| [Field List] button | 
Clicking displays the [Field List] page of the field currently defined. | 
| [Logged Attribute List] button | 
Clicking displays the [Logged Attribute List] window. | 
| [Insert into Form] button | 
Clicking adds the checkmarked attributes to the form definition. Multiple selection is possible. | 
| [Operation] | 
  ([Delete Attributes] icon) 
Clicking this icon deletes the checkmarked user-defined attributes. | 
| [Add] | 
  ([Add Attributes from the System Attributes] icon) 
Clicking displays the [System Attribute] window which allows you to select system attributes for the Workflow definition (or activity) to be added to your user-defined attributes. 
  ([Add Attributes from "Attribute Templates"] icon) 
Clicking displays the [Attribute Template] window which allows you to select attributes for the DocumentSpace attribute templates to be added to your user-defined attributes. | 
| Selecting Attribute Type | 
In the tree view, mark the checkboxes next to the attributes to be added to or deleted from the form. 
  ([Select All] icon) 
Clicking marks all the checkboxes of the attribute list in the [User-defined Attributes] area. 
  ([Clear Selections] icon) 
Clicking clears all the checkboxes of the attribute list in the [User-defined Attributes] area. |
