The [Parameters] page (Check-in Document Definition) allows you to set the parameters for check-in document definitions.
The following explains each item of the [Parameters] page (Check-in Document Definition).

[Document] drop-down list | Select the target document type attribute. The menu displays all the document type attributes existing in the Workflow definition. This is a required item. When no document type attribute exists, [(Not Specified)] is shown in the drop-down list. |
[Template Name Attribute] drop-down list | Select from the attribute templates of DocumentSpace (for viewing). You can also select "(Not Specified)" at the top of the menu. |
[Revision Comment] input field | Describe a comment for revision. When this field is left blank, the system-defined comment "Revised by Workflow" will be entered as the revision comment. You can also enter an expression (embedded in text) in this field.

[URL Attribute for Registered Objects] drop-down list | Specify the attribute for setting the URL referring to registered documents. URI multi-value attributes can be specified. A URL opening objects created by copying an object stored in a document field will be retained. |
[URL Attribute for Downloading the Registered Objects] drop-down list | Specify the attribute for setting the URL referring to registered documents. URI multi-value attributes can be specified. A URL downloading objects created by copying an object stored in a document field will be retained. |
[URL Attribute for Printing the Registered Objects] drop-down list | Specify the attribute for setting the URL referring to registered documents. URI multi-value attributes can be specified. A URL printing objects created by copying an object stored in a document field will be retained. You can use this drop-down list only if a print application is available. |
[URL Attribute for Viewing the Content of the Registered Objects] drop-down list | Specify the attribute for setting the URL referring to registered documents. URI multi-value attributes can be specified. A URL viewing the content of objects created by copying an object stored in a document field will be retained. |
[URL Attribute for Viewing the Index Image of the Registered Objects] drop-down list | Specify the attribute for setting the URL referring to registered documents. URI multi-value attributes can be specified. A URL viewing the index image of objects created by copying an object stored in a document field will be retained. |
[Attribute for Assigning ID to Registered Objects] drop-down list | Specify the attribute for assigning IDs to registered documents. String type multi-value attributes can be specified. A string representing an ID of the object created by copying an object stored in a document field will be retained. |
[Add] button | Click this button to display the attribute selection window where you can register the document attribute using an attribute template. Selecting an attribute template from the [Attribute Template] drop-down list displays the list of the document attributes. When you select a document attribute and click the [Add] button, the selected document attribute is registered. |
[Delete] button | Deletes the selected document attribute. |
[Document Attribute Name] | Displays the attribute name defined in the attribute template of DocumentSpace. |
[Specifying Method] drop-down list | Select one of the following.

[Attribute Value] | Set as follows according to the selection in the [Specifying Method] drop-down list. When [Attribute] is selected: [Attribute Type] drop-down list Select one of the following.
Lists attribute names according to the selection in the [Attribute Type]. Listed attributes are the same data types as those shown in the parameters in the left. When the parameter in the left is single-value, the attribute is single-value, and when the parameter is multi-value, the attribute is single-value and multi-value. When [Text (Expression Embeddable)] is selected: Enter the attribute in text. [Apply] button | Clicking saves the check-in document definition settings. |
