The [Parameters] page (Set Document Attributes Definition) allows you to set the parameters for the set document attributes.
The following explains each item in the [Parameters] page (Set Document Attributes Definition).
Item | Description |

Selecting a parameter | In the [User-defined Attributes] area, mark the checkbox of the attribute to be specified for the parameter. Only the attributes that can be edited by the user are displayed in the [User-defined Attributes] area. |
[Insert into parameter] button | Clicking displays the checkmarked attribute as the item for parameter setting. |
[Document] drop-down list | Select the target document definition from the [Document] drop-down list. The menu displays all the document fields existing in the Workflow definition. This is a required item. |
[Value of Template Name Attribute] | Select from the attribute templates of DocumentSpace (for viewing). The displayed template type varies depending on the cabinet ID of DocumentSpace. You can also select "(Not Specified)" at the top of the selector. |
[Add] button | Click this button to display the attribute selection window where you can register the document attribute using an attribute template. Selecting an attribute template from the [Attribute Template] drop-down list displays the list of the document attributes. When you select a document attribute and click the [Add] button, the selected document attribute is registered. |
[Delete] button | Deletes the selected document attribute. |
[Document Attribute Name] | Displays the attribute name defined in the attribute template of DocumentSpace. |
[Specifying Method] drop-down list | Select one of the following.

[Attribute Value] | Set as follows according to the selection in the [Specifying Method] drop-down list. When [Attribute] is selected:
