The [Parameters] page (Get Document Attributes Definition) allows you to set the parameters for the get document Attributes.
The following explains each item in the [Parameters] page (Get Document Attributes Definition).
Item | Description |
---|---|
Selecting a parameter | In the [User-defined Attributes] area, mark the checkbox of the attribute to be specified for the parameter. Only the attributes that can be edited by the user are displayed in the [User-defined Attributes] area. Clicking the [Add to Parameters] button displays the checkmarked attribute as the item for setting parameters. |
[Document] drop-down list | Select the target document definition from the [Document] drop-down list. The menu displays all the document fields existing in the Workflow definition. This is a required item. |
[Target Document Name] | This allows you to narrow down the search to the source document name that exists in the target document field. |
[Ignore error] checkbox in [When multiple target documents exist] | Specify the action to take when multiple source documents have been found even after narrowing down the search by target document name. Checking this box randomly selects one of the retrieved documents as the attribute source. (The selection result is undefined.) An error occurs when this box is unchecked. |
[Attribute Template] drop-down list | Select from the attribute templates of DocumentSpace. The displayed template type varies depending on the cabinet ID of DocumentSpace. |
