Descriptions of the [Public Definitions] Page

The [Public Definitions] page lists the Workflow definitions and the start templates that can be shared and started by the logged-in user.

The following explains each item in the [Public Definition] page.

Item	Description
[No.]	Displays the sequence number in the list.
Workflow Definition or Start Template icon	The icon indicating a Workflow definition or start template appears. : [Workflow Definition] icon : [Start Template] icon
Displaying attributes	The attributes of the Workflow definitions or start templates set in the view options are shown. If the list is sorted by any attribute, (sort in ascending order) or (sort in descending order) is shown. Clicking the attribute name sorts the items by that attribute in ascending order and shows on the right of that attribute name. Name, Description, Edition, Referenced Workflow Definition Name, Referenced Edition, Category, Creator, Administrator, Publication Status, Enabled/Disabled, Registration Date, Publication Start Date, Publication Close Date, Modified On, Preferred Language, Priority ; among these items, those that are set in the view settings are displayed. Clicking [Name] displays the target Workflow definition or start template.
Operation buttons	The following icons that can be applied to a Workflow definition or start template appear. ([Open] icon) Clicking displays the [View Workflow Definition] window for viewing the target Workflow definition or the start template. ([Start Workflow] icon) Clicking this icon displays the [Start Workflow] window based on the target Workflow definition or start template.
