Descriptions of the [Assigned] Page

The [Assigned] page lists not-yet-started or in-progress activities that are assigned or to be assigned to the logged-in user.

While Collabo service is not operating, a message to the effect that Collabo service is currently unavailable appears.

The following explains each item in the [Assigned] page.

Item Description
[Complete Activities] button When this button is clicked after selecting multiple activities, the target activities will be completed without their activity windows being displayed. The fields will be filled with the default values set in the [Form] page of the [User Activity Definition] window.
An error occurs if the selected activities include one that needs to be confirmed by a user when [Not confirmed by user] is selected on User confirmation at batch completion. The [User Confirm] dialog box appears when User confirmation at batch completion is set to [Must be confirmed by user].
Up to 50 activities can be processed at the same time. An error dialog appears when 51 or more activities are selected.
The activities on the workprocess started from the unpublished Workflow definition cannot be completed without opening their activity windows.
[Start Workflow] button Clicking displays the [Workflow Definition List] window for starting a Workflow in a separate window.
Checkbox Mark the checkboxes when operating on multiple activities.
[No.] Displays the sequence number in the list.
[Already expired.] If the activity is expired, the icon indicating expiration appears.

Activity icon The icon for representing the status of the activity appears.
  • : [Performer not yet assigned] status
  • : [Not yet performed] status
  • : [Operating] status
Displaying attributes The attributes of the activities set in the view option settings are shown.
If the list is sorted by any attribute, (sort in ascending order) or (sort in descending order) is shown. Clicking the attribute name sorts the items by that attribute in ascending order and shows on the right of that attribute name.Name, Expired, Description, Priority, Activity Status, Performer, Responsible, Planned Close Date, Start Date, Performed Date, Workprocess Name, Starter, WP Start Date, Workflow Definition Name, Start Template Name, Edition ; among these items, those that are set in the view settings are displayed. Clicking [Name] displays the [Activity] window.
Operation buttons The following icons that can be applied to a Workflow definition or start template appear.
  • ([Show Activity] icon)
    Clicking displays the [Activity] window of the target activity.
  • ([Show Workprocess] icon)
    Clicking displays the [Workprocess] window where the target activity is contained.
  • ([View Task] icon) Clicking displays the task place of CollaboSpace if the target activity is assigned to a task. If the target activity is not assigned to any task, this button does not appear.
  • ([Complete Activities] icon) Clicking completes the activity without opening its window. The fields will be filled with the default values set in the [Form] page of the [User Activity Definition] window. This operation can be performed on multiple Workflow definitions and start templates. If the activities need to be confirmed by a user, an error occurs.
    If the target activity is included in a workprocess that has been started from a Workflow definition or start template stored as private definitions, this button does not appear.
