The [Completed Activities] page lists the activities you performed in the past. The activities performed in the past include activities in [Completed], [Terminated], or [Aborted] status.
The following explains each item in the [Completed] page.

[Close Date] drop-down list |
Specify the period to be displayed by selecting [Past] or [Period] from the drop-down list. If you select [Period], the period can be specified also in the window which is displayed by clicking ([Calendar] icon) or ([Clock] icon).

Enter the start date and close date.
- [Past]
Enter a number, and select one of [Year(s)], [Month(s)], [Week(s)], [Day(s)], and [Hour(s)] from the unit drop-down list.

Clicking displays in a new window the [Workflow Definition List] window for starting a Workflow. |
[No.] |
Displays the sequence number in the list. |
Activity icon |
The icon for representing the status of the activity appears.

Displaying attributes |
The attributes of the activities set in the view option settings are shown.
If the list is sorted by any attribute, (sort in ascending order) or (sort in descending order) is shown. Clicking the attribute name sorts the items by that attribute in ascending order and shows on the right of that attribute name.Name, Description, Activity Status, Performer, Planned Close Date, Start Date, Performed Date, Close Date, Workprocess Name, Starter, WP Start Date, Workflow Definition Name, Start Template Name, Edition; among these items, those that are set in the view settings are displayed. Clicking [Name] displays the [Activity] window. |
Operation buttons |
The following icons that can be applied to the activities appear.
([Show Activity] icon)
Clicking displays the [Activity] window of the target activity.
([Show Workprocess] icon)
Clicking displays the [Workprocess] window where the target activity is contained.
([View Task] icon)
Clicking displays the task place of CollaboSpace if the target activity is assigned to a task. If the target activity is not assigned to any task, this button does not appear.
