The [Form] page displays a form as set in the [Form] page of the [User Activity Definition] window. You can proceed with the activity by entering data to the form displayed.
The following explains each item in the [Form] page.

| [Show Workprocess] button | Clicking the button displays the [Workprocess] window in a new window. When the [Workprocess] window is already displayed, the information displayed in the window will be updated. |
| [Consult] button | Clicking creates a new consultation task if no consultation task exists, and displays the [Task Place] page of CollaboSpace in another window. One consult task is created for each workprocess.

| Form fields | Fill in the form fields as required.
When you are using any web browser other than Internet Explorer, in a workflow definition in which Document Registration Activity is defined, you cannot register folders by means of dragging and dropping. |
| [Start Activity] button | Clicking sets the activity as in-progress and activates each form field. |
| [Complete Activities] button | Clicking completes the activity with the contents entered in the form. When clicking displays the [User Confirm] dialog box, enter the user ID and the password. After the login succeeds, the activity is completed. |
