Descriptions of the [Completed Workprocesses] Page

The [Completed Workprocesses] page lists the completed workprocesses of the workprocess you started. The completed workprocesses include the workprocesses in [Completed], [Terminated], or [Aborted] status.

The following explains each item in the [Completed Workprocesses] page.

Item Description
[Delete] Clicking deletes the multiple workprocesses selected. Up to 50 workprocesses can be processed at once. An error dialog appears when 51 or more workprocesses are selected.
[Delete Documents] Clicking deletes the documents of the multiple workprocesses selected. Up to 50 workprocesses can be processed at once. An error dialog appears when 51 or more workprocesses are selected.
[Close Date] drop-down list Specify the period to be displayed by selecting [Past] or [Period] from the drop-down list. If you select [Period], the period can be specified also in the window which is displayed by clicking ([Calendar] icon) or ([Clock] icon).
  • [Period]
    Enter the start date and close date.
  • [Past]
    Enter a number, and select one of [Year(s)], [Month(s)], [Week(s)], [Day(s)], and [Hour(s)] from the unit drop-down list.
[No.] Displays the sequence number in the list.
Workprocess icon The icon indicating the workprocess status appears.
  • : [Completed] status
  • : [Terminated] status
  • : [Aborted] status
Displaying attributes The workprocess attributes set in the view options are shown.
If the list is sorted by any attribute, (sort in ascending order) or (sort in descending order) is shown. Clicking the attribute name sorts the items by that attribute in ascending order and shows on the right of that attribute name.Name, Description, Priority, Workprocess Status, Starter, Responsible, WP Start Date, Planned Close Date, Close Date, Workflow Definition Name, Start Template Name, Edition; among these items, those that are set in the view settings are displayed. Clicking [Name] displays [Workprocess] window.
Operation buttons The following icons that can be applied to the workprocess appear.
  • ([Show Workprocess] icon)
    Clicking displays the [Workprocess] window of the target workprocess.
  • ([Delete] icon)
    Clicking deletes the target workprocess.
  • ([Delete Documents] icon)
    Clicking deletes the documents of the target workprocess.
  • ([Action Log] icon)
    Clicking displays the [Action Log] window of the target workprocess.
