The [Action Log] page displays the performance history of the workprocess.
The following explains each item in the [Performance History] page.

| Displaying attributes | The completed workprocesses are listed. The starter is displayed as the performer of the start activity listed at the top. The [Action Log] page also displays the history of the user-defined attributes. This item appears on the right of [Performer]. You can select the user-defined attributes to be displayed in the [Action Log] page via the [Display Logged Attributes] page when creating a Workflow definition. You can set whether or not to save the log of the user-defined attributes via the [Logged Attribute List] page of the [Workflow Definition Details] window. |
| [Download] button | The [Download] button is displayed when the user is a Workprocess responsible, Workprocess observer, or definition administrator. Clicking the button downloads all of the user-defined attribute logs in CSV format. The file name is "download.csv". |
| [Brief View]/[Detailed View] radio buttons | Selecting [Brief View] displays narrows the logs to those of activities with forms (start activities, end activities, user activities, and collaboration activities). Selecting [Detailed View] displays the logs of the attribute settings activity, document attribute acquisition activity, document registration activity, and external commands in addition to the logs of activities with forms. |
