The [Private Definitions] tab page lists the Workflow definitions and start templates for private use.
The following explains each item in the [Private Definitions] tab page.

[Delete] button |
Clicking deletes the multiple Workflow definitions or start templates selected.
Up to 50 Workflow definitions or start templates can be processed at once. A warning dialog appears when 51 or more Workflow definitions or start templates are selected. |
[Check Resources] button |
With respect to the selected Workflow definitions and start templates, this operation checks whether the specified users, groups, roles, or tasks actually exist in RMS or CollaboSpace, and lists the missing items. Up to 50 Workflow definitions or start templates can be processed at once. A warning dialog appears when 51 or more Workflow definitions or start templates are selected. |

Clicking displays the [Create Workflow Definition] window. |

Displays the sequence number in the list. |
Checkbox |
Mark the checkboxes when operating multiple Workflow definitions or start templates. |

The icon indicating a Workflow definition or start template appears.

Displaying attributes |
The attributes of the Workflow definitions or start templates set in the view options are shown.
If the list is sorted by any attribute, (sort in ascending order) or (sort in descending order) is shown. Clicking the attribute name sorts the items by that attribute in ascending order and shows on the right of that attribute name.Name, Description, Referenced Definition Name, Referenced Edition, Category, Enabled/Disabled, Modified On, Preferred Language, Priority; among these items, those that are set in the view settings are displayed. Clicking [Name] displays the target Workflow definition or start template. |
Operation buttons |
The following icons that can be applied to a Workflow definition or start template appear.
([Open] icon)
Clicking displays the [View Workflow Definition] window for viewing the target Workflow definition or start template.
([Edit] icon)
Clicking displays the [Edit Workflow Definition] window for editing the target Workflow definition or start template.
([Start Workflow] icon)
Clicking displays the [Start Workflow] window based on the target Workflow definition or start template.
([Workprocess List] icon)
Clicking displays the [Workprocess List] window that lists workprocesses started from the target Workflow definition or start template.
([Delete] icon)
Clicking deletes the target Workflow definition or start template. Even if the target Workflow definition or start template is deleted, the workprocesses started from it will not be affected.
([Publish] icon)
Clicking displays the [Publish] window.
([Check Resources] icon)
Clicking performs a check whether or not the users, groups, roles or tasks set for the Workflow definition exist in RMS or CollaboSpace, and then the users, groups, roles or tasks that are not found are listed in the [Check Resources Results] window. This button can be used for multiple Workflow definitions or start templates.
([Administrative Attributes] icon)
Clicking displays the [Administrative Attributes] window.
