The [Basic Attributes] page displays attributes as set in the [Basic Attributes] page of the [User Activity Definition] window.
The following explains each item in the [Basic Attributes] page.
Item | Description |

[Activity ID] | Displays the activity ID. |
[Activity Name] | Displays the activity name. |
[Activity URL] | Displays the URL for the activity. |
[Description] | Displays a description of the activity. |
[Reference] | Displays the URL of the reference resource. |
[Priority] radio buttons | Select the priority. |
[Assignees] | Set the assignees. A workprocess responsible can specify assignees from a user, a group or a role in the workflow definition displayed in the upper frame. Clicking the [Add] button adds a user, a group or a role selected in the upper frame to the lower frame. Clicking the [Expand and Add] button expands and adds a group or a role selected in the upper frame to the lower frame. A workprocess responsible or an activity responsible can specify the group, or role selected in the lower frame as the performer by clicking [↓] button. The performer of the activity can be selected from the assignees if assignees were defined when the definition was created. When no assignees were set at definition creation, the performer can be selected from the Address Book later when the activity is performed. If no assignee was set when the Workflow definition was created, specify the assignees by any of the following procedures.

[Status] | Displays the activity status. |
[Period] | Displays the period from the start to the end of the activity. |
[Date Started] | Displays the start date of the activity. |
[Performed Date] | Displays the date the activity was performed. |
[Close Date] | Displays the close date of the activity. |
[Planned Close Date] | Displays the planned close date of the activity. |
[Apply] button | Clicking saves the current settings. |
