Follow the procedure below to manage the progress.
1. In the [Progress Manager Settings] page, the person to be managed specifies the person whom he/she accepts as a progress manager.
2. In the [Progress Managed Settings] page, the manager determines the person whose progress will be managed by him/her.
For example, if a manager wants to manage the progress of his subordinate, first, the subordinate needs to declare "I can accept the manager as my progress manager". (Step 1)
After that, when the manager opens the [Progress Managed] page, he sees the list of the subordinates who declared that they can accept him as their progress manager. Then, the manager can select the person whose progress will be managed by him/her. (Step 2)
Nothing is displayed in the list in Step 2 unless Step 1 is performed.
The [Progress Management] window allows you to grasp the progress status of the activities assigned to the users under your management or the activities/workprocesses of which you are a Responsible or Observer. The [Progress Management] window consists of the following pages.
